South East APC leaders appeal to President Buhari tosupport the zoning of the presidency to the region in 2023

South East APCleaders Monday paid a courtesy visit on PresidentBuhari at the state House in  Abuja. The leaders prevailed onPresident Buharito seek a second term in office in 2019. The National Vice Chairman, South East APC Emma Eneukwu, who spokeon behalf of other leaders, appealed to President Buhari to support the zoning of the presidency to the region after hissecond term expires in 2023.

     It is our conviction that  four years is not enough for you to complete this worthy journey     hence the need for another four years to enable you make Nigeria truly great. We implore
     Mr.President, as a just and fair-minded leader, to make history by supporting the zoning of     the office of the President in our great party to the South East at the end of your second tenure      in office as President in 2023.”he said


Among the South East leaders wereSenator Ken Nnamani, Senator Andy Uba, Senator Benjamin Uwajumogu and Jim Nwobodo, former Governor of Anambra State.
