openly condemned it.
Meanwhile ,ex-militamt, Asari
Dokubo claimed Buhari planned the
attack on himself to discredit the
government. Now,he is not happy
with the president.He also said the
boy arrested what a cross gender
not the one behind the attack
"I do not work for Jonathan.
What the President said was
wrong. The life of Buhari is not
more important than 87 people
that died in that blast. It is
unfortunate that the president
made such a statement. I
wonder why the President will
be promoting one person above
that of other Nigerians.“That
statement from the President
was very unfortunate. I do not
have the capacity to tell the
President to apologize, but I still
insist that he should not have
made such a statement...
“Soon after the blast, a cross-
gender person came out and
was arrested. Even the mother
of the person arrested said he
was insane”.

against President Jonathan and

Ebola dives globally as sick passengers are tested for the deadly virus in Hong Kong and the UK

Fears over West Africa’s Ebola
outbreak have gone global following
the death of a man in Lagos last week,
as health authorities in Hong Kong and
Birmingham, England, have
quarantined passengers showing
possible symptoms of the disease.
In Hong Kong, the state-run China Daily
reported that a woman who recently returned from
Africa with “symptoms similar to the Ebola
virus”—which at the early stages include headache,
fever, and stomach pain—is in a hospital isolation
ward while she undergoes testing. Symptoms can
take up to three weeks to materialize; the virus has
a mortality rate of up to 90%.
In Birmingham, a man who arrived on a flight
from Nigeria has also been taken to a hospital
isolation unit after complaining of “feeling
feverish.” The UK government is holding an
emergency meeting on how to address the “new
and emerging threat” of Ebola later today.
The heightened global alert comes after a man
working for the Liberian government died of Ebola
last week in Lagos, a megacity that is also an
international air travel hub. The presence of Ebola-
exposed patients in Nigeria is especially worrying
because of the city’s density and poor health care
infrastructure. The country’s doctors are currently
on strike over work conditions and pay.
The hospital where Patrick Sawyer—the lone
confirmed Ebola victim in Lagos so far—died has
been evacuated and is being decontaminated.
Authorities have identified 59 people who had
contact with Sawyer, but that does not include the
passengers who shared two airplane flights with him
(from Liberia to Ghana, then from Togo to Lagos);
health workers are still trying to identify them.
According to Canada’s CBC, witnesses said
Sawyer “was vomiting and had diarrhea aboard at
least one of his flights.”
Sawyer was an American citizen with a wife and
three children living in the US. Decontee Sawyer
told the Associated Press that her husband had been
scheduled to fly to Minnesota in August.

According to Mike Tyson himself, Jamie Foxx will
one day portray him in a biopic. The boxing
legend also added that Jamie will use CGI to play
him at various stages of his life.
The Guardian reports:
The former heavyweight boxing champion Mike
Tyson has claimed that Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx is
set to play him in a new biopic, through the magic
of CGI.
Tyson told the Daily Mirror that Foxx would
portray him in different stages of his life, aided by
the technology used for the David Fincher fantasy
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
He also claimed Martin Scorsese would be involved
in the proposed biopic.
“Me and Jamie Foxx are in discussion, and we
gonna do it,” said Tyson, 48. “Within a year to 18
months, we’re going to do the Mike Tyson story
and he’s going to portray me, and now they have
this new animation; because you know Jamie’s
pretty much my age so he can’t portray me but
they have this new system.”
Foxx, 46, has reportedly asked Tyson for help
training for the role.
Having previously impersonated Tyson, for comedy
skits, he revealed an interest in portraying the
boxer during an appearance on the US TV show
Live with Kelly and Michael in May.
“I got a chance to hang out with Mike when Mike
was at his height,” he said, “and I watched [him]
go from his height to where he is now, and I talked
to him about doing his story.
I think that story would be fantastic … and I had
my makeup artist dress me up as Mike Tyson …
People were literally coming up asking for
autographs.
So hopefully, Mike, if you’re listening, let’s make
history.”

Many feared killed as female suicide bomber attacks college in Kano

Not again. Another female suicide bomber blew
herself up at Aminu Kano College of Islamic
Studies this afternoon July 30th around 2.45 as
students were checking their results in the school.
Kano State Police Command confirmed the blast
but didn't state the number of casualties.

“Kerry thinks Beyonce should spend less time
