Hazards tells Chelsea he would force a move out on one condition

Chelsea star man, Eden Hazard, has decidedwhen he plans to request for a summer transfer move to Real Madrid, Don Balon reports.

With a Champions League place for next term now looking in serious doubt the Belgium international is considering his future at Stamford Bridge due to the Blues’ struggles this season,

Don Balon claim there is now a risk that could cost them their star player as he will look to force a transfer once the Blues is confirmed as not making it back into next season's Champions League.

Zinedine Zidane has been a huge fan of Hazard as Real Madrid has been heavily linked to land the Belgian in the Bernabeu, in a move that will cost another record fee.

Currently Chelsea are four points off the four spot in the Premier League, and have been recently dumped out of the Champions League by Barcelona following a 4-1 aggregate defeat at Nou Camp.

Hazard is not prepared to sit and watch as other top clubs and players compete for Europe's most coveted trophy, with the 27-year-old is ambitious and determined to pick up major honours himself.

The former Lille man has won two PremierLeague titles and the PFA Player of the Year prize during his time with Chelsea, butmay feel he could take that up a level to winthe Champions League or Ballon d’Or elsewhere in the future.Hazards tells Chelsea he would forcea move out on one condition
