The Chairman of INEC, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, has said that only the people of Kogi State will determine who their next governor will be and no one else.
Yakubu said INEC had recruited and trained 13,000 supervisory and electoral officials to man the 3,000 polling units across the state.
The INEC chairman also said all card readers to be used had been tested, configured and confirmed to be fit
